Competitive pay based on experience Valid Driver License Required! Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is competitive, driven, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency. This position requires excellent multitasking abilities, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and maintaining communication with employees and clients to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates Manage high-volume recruiting for warehouse, clerical, logistics, and industrial positions Post and manage job ads on Indeed, social media, and other recruiting platforms Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews promptly Maintain constant communication with candidates, employees, and clients Fill open positions quickly while maintaining quality standards Process new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with hiring requirements Follow up with employees regarding attendance, performance, and assignments Maintain accurate employee records and recruiting activity logs Assist with job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach Provide excellent customer service to clients and applicants Work closely with management to meet recruiting goals and deadlines Qualifications Previous recruiting or staffing industry experience required Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Competitive and goal-oriented mindset Professional attitude and dependable work ethic Experience using Indeed, Microsoft Office, and recruiting platforms preferred Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay Opportunity for growth and advancement Fast-paced and team-oriented environment Supportive leadership and training Career development opportunities Apply today and become part of our growing team!
