Recruiter

We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to support a client with building teams for hospitality operations across multiple nearby locations, with an emphasis on hiring hourly staff and select leadership roles. The ideal candidate can move quickly, think creatively with sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruiting process from outreach through onboarding. This assignment is expected to last until staffing goals are met, with an estimated timeline of 1-2 months.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for hospitality openings, including front-line and supervisory positions across area locations.
• Develop and apply fresh sourcing strategies to reach candidates with relevant experience for high-volume staffing needs.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interview scheduling, and facilitate next-step conversations with hiring managers.
• Run new employee orientation sessions to help employees transition smoothly into their roles.
• Partner with leadership to understand staffing priorities and adjust recruiting efforts based on business demand.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines to support the onboarding of approximately 15-20 team members within the engagement period.
• Track applicant activity and staffing progress using an applicant tracking system and related recruiting tools.
