In this role, you will reach out to applicants, make cold calls, and manage candidate data through spreadsheets. This is an hourly position, paid weekly with performance-based bonuses and incentives, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact on our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Source & Recruit:

Identify and recruit qualified candidates through cold calling and outreach to applicants.

Screen & Interview:

Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for suitability.

Data Management:

Track recruitment activities and candidate details in spreadsheets.

Collaborate:

Work closely with Sales Managers to meet needs and transfer qualified candidates.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Prior recruitment, sales, or telemarketing experience, including working in fast-paced environments.

Sales & Persuasion:

Skilled in engaging candidates, building rapport quickly, and influencing decisions through persuasive communication.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written skills; confident in conducting phone screenings, pitching opportunities, and handling candidate questions effectively.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage candidate data, track outreach, and monitor progress accurately.

Goal-Oriented:

Motivated to achieve recruitment targets, exceed outreach goals, and deliver consistent results.

Schedule/ Pay & Benefits:

Hourly pay with performance bonuses and incentives.
