Overview Join Ascend Staffing as a Bilingual On-Site Manager / Recruiter supporting a warehouse customer in Terrell, Texas . This role is ideal for someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, people-focused, and comfortable supporting employees in a fast-paced warehouse staffing environment. In this position, you'll help support daily staffing operations, employee communication, attendance, onboarding, workforce coordination, and client service. You'll also serve as an important point of contact for associate employees and must be available to support urgent situations, including workplace injuries outside of regular business hours.
