Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring efforts for an energy and natural resources organization in Midland, Texas. This role focuses on managing recruitment activity with strong attention to approved staffing needs, posting accuracy, and candidate pipeline development. The ideal candidate brings experience across full-cycle recruiting, high-volume sourcing, and applicant tracking systems while maintaining clear communication with hiring leaders and human resources.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for authorized openings, from intake discussions through offer coordination and hiring follow-up.
- Partner with hiring managers and human resources leadership to confirm that search activity aligns with current, approved workforce needs.
- Escalate requests to recruit for roles that lack approval, contain outdated information, or are not sufficiently defined for an effective search.
- Develop and maintain job advertisements that clearly present expectations for qualifications, pay details, work location, schedule, travel, work arrangement, and employment status.
- Review job postings regularly to ensure position information remains accurate, compliant, and consistent across recruiting channels.
- Source candidates through multiple methods, including direct outreach, talent databases, referrals, and online platforms, to build strong applicant pipelines.
- Support high-volume hiring demands by organizing requisitions efficiently and keeping candidate movement on schedule.
- Use the applicant tracking system to document activity, monitor candidate progress, and maintain reliable recruiting records.
