Recruiter III is a senior-level talent acquisition professional responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for exempt, non-exempt, technical, skilled trades, supervisory, and hard-to-fill positions across the organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers by developing innovative recruiting strategies, analyzing workforce trends, and driving continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes. Recruiter III also mentors other recruiters, leads recruiting initiatives, and helps strengthen the organization's employment brand. •Bilingual highly preferred•
STARTING PAYRATE
$65k•$90k per year (negotiable based on experience)
PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE
Monday•Friday; 8am•5pm Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be needed
What You'll Do:
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from workforce planning and requisition approval through onboarding. Partner with department leaders to develop recruiting strategies based on business objectives and workforce planning needs. Recruit for a wide range of positions including professional, leadership, technical, construction, manufacturing, and skilled trade roles. Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, trade associations, community partnerships, military transition programs, and educational institutions. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and difficult-to-fill positions.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Strong sourcing, interviewing, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Experience using ATS and HRIS systems. Knowledge of employment laws, hiring compliance, and recruiting best practices.
