Job Description
Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships quickly, and experience managing the full recruitment cycle. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
+ Post job openings on various platforms and proactively source candidates through databases, networking, and outreach
+ Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
+ Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience
+ Maintain accurate candidate records and activity updates in the applicant tracking system
+ Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
+ Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
+ Assist with preparing job descriptions, recruiting reports, and hiring updates
+ Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives as needed Requirements
+ Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, or talent acquisition experience preferred
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
+ Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with hiring teams
+ High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
+ Full-cycle recruiting experience
+ Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
+ Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
