Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, service, and management positions. Source and identify qualified candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, trade schools, and other recruiting channels. Review applications and resumes to determine candidate qualifications and overall fit. Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities. Create, post, update, and manage job advertisements across recruiting platforms. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience Knowledge of the MEP trades and construction industry Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with candidates at all levels. Ability to manage multiple open positions and hiring priorities at the same time.
