Job Description

Staffing Recruiter Position Overview The Staffing Recruiter is responsible for delivering high-quality talent to customers by matching employees to customer needs based on their skills, knowledge, and work experience. Will develop and retain business by providing outstanding customer service, with a mission of quality and performance. Additionally, is responsible for achieving gross profit results consistent with established branch expectations. Staffing Recruiter Key Responsibilities Consult with Branch Manager, or MOE and customer to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s) Mines data in applicant tracking system and online job boards as well as social media resources to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions Pre-screens candidates, schedules interviews, and conduct interviews per IHC hiring process Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase and then presents viable candidates to customers' hiring managers Checks candidate's references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds. Advises candidates throughout the interview and hiring process Organizes and attends job fairs, coordinates, and plans recruiting events to meet planned weekly and monthly objectives Maintains current and up-to-date customer and associate records in Avionte to ensure completeness and accuracy. Follows up with customers' hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful Be a participant in engagement efforts to promote retention of talent and foster customer loyalty Collects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields Process associate payroll information in Avionte, review all payroll documents for accuracy and submit the necessary payroll documents to the payroll department on Mondays as needed. Monitors associates' attendance and coaches and counsels associates to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction. Resolves customer, client, and associate issues or complaints. Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations Assist in the onboarding and new hire orientation process Performs other related duties as assigned Staffing Recruiter Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred or Minimum 3-5 years equivalent work experience with a background in staffing preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and staffing platforms such as Avionté Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while maintaining professionalism and operational accuracy Must be bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written) Must have a valid driver's license, active automotive insurance, and reliable transportation Staffing Recruiter Skills & Competencies Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and support multiple operational systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Clear, professional communication skills with employees, leadership, and clients at all levels. Collaborative approach to working with both internal teams and external partners. Analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support operational initiatives, branch locations, or company projects. Physical Demands Ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, vendors, management, and other stakeholders both verbally and via email. Regular use of computer, phone, and standard office equipment. Extended periods of sitting and computer use required. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally for office-related tasks. Normal hearing, vision, and manual dexterity required to perform essential functions. Work Environment Position is primarily performed in an indoor, professional office setting. Regular travel will be required to client sites, or company locations as needed. Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain current auto insurance, and have reliable transportation to travel to branch offices or other company locations when required.
