Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, staffing, customer service, healthcare sales, or a related field preferred. Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Apploi, Indeed, and other job boards preferred, but not required. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with regional teams, community leadership, and candidates. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while supporting assigned regions' goals. Willingness to travel as needed. About the
