Are you passionate about recruiting top talent and making an impact? Our client is seeking a Recruiter with strong full-cycle recruiting experience to join our fast-paced HR team. You'll play a key role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding the best field and corporate talent to support our company's long-term goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers & onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job needs and deliver top candidates. Manage requisitions and ensure compliance with all hiring processes. Conduct background checks, drug screens, and onboarding documentation (I-9, E-Verify, etc.). Represent the company at job fairs, sourcing events, and school outreach programs. Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Paycom experience a plus).
Requirements:
4-5 years of experience in oil & gas. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Paycom experience preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply. Must have a valid driver's license. Daily in-office attendance required.
