We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and people-oriented Staffing Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, talking with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Position Summary As a Staffing Specialist, you will play a key role in recruiting, screening, and placing candidates while supporting the daily operations of our office. This position requires someone who is comfortable making outbound calls, actively recruiting candidates, and providing exceptional customer service to both applicants and clients. Responsibilities Recruit, source, and screen candidates for a variety of positions Conduct phone interviews and applicant screenings Make outbound recruiting calls, texts, and follow-up communications Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities Assist applicants with onboarding and employment paperwork Maintain accurate candidate records in our database Provide excellent customer service to applicants, employees, and clients Support office operations, administrative tasks, and special projects Assist with social media recruiting and job postings Perform other duties as needed to support the team Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and work independently Comfortable with technology and learning new systems Recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or office experience preferred Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and enjoys connecting with people.
