In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting while partnering closely with hiring managers across the organization. You'll bring structure, clarity, and follow-through to every search—ensuring our hiring processes are thoughtful, consistent, and reflective of who we are. At Trove, recruiting is not transactional. Job Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and acceptance across a variety of roles Lead intake conversations to align on role expectations, success profiles, and interview approach Bring structure and consistency to the hiring process, ensuring each step is clear, organized, and intentional Manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Build and execute sourcing strategies to develop strong, diverse pipelines of qualified candidates Source talent across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach Evaluate candidates thoughtfully, considering both capability and alignment to Trove's values Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in the ATS to support visibility and informed decision-making Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-up, and professionalism Partner with hiring managers to move candidates efficiently through the process and support strong hiring decisions Job Qualifications 4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining quality and momentum Experience using an ATS to track pipelines and maintain accurate data Proven ability to build trust with hiring managers and candidates Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines across multiple channels Thoughtful approach to evaluating talent beyond the resume Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented A consistent track record of executing high-quality, well-managed hiring processes Genuine alignment with Trove's values and culture Our culture is passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic.
