Lehi, UT or Provo, UT office (in office, full time) About Serenity Mental Health Centers Serenity Mental Health Centers is dedicated to improving lives through compassionate, patient-centered health care. Our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in supporting continued growth by finding people who share our commitment to helping patients access innovative mental health treatment. Position Overview The Talent Acquisition Partner manages full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions and supports Serenity's continued growth. This hands-on, mid-level role is responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and moving qualified candidates efficiently through the hiring process. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions from sourcing through offer Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and other recruiting channels Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, communication, motivation, and alignment with the role Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and hiring priorities Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams Maintain accurate candidate activity and recruiting data within the applicant tracking system Deliver a positive, professional, and responsive candidate experience Identify opportunities to improve sourcing, candidate flow, and hiring efficiency Qualifications 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience Experience proactively sourcing candidates rather than relying exclusively on inbound applications Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills Ability to build productive relationships with hiring managers Experience using applicant tracking systems and common recruiting tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Workable, or similar platforms preferred Why You'll Love Working at
