On-Site Senior Talent Acquisition Partner About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition Team. In this high-impact role, you will own full-cycle recruiting across our most critical talent segments—driving executive search, product hiring, and corporate HQ recruiting. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, build scalable recruiting processes, and shape the talent strategy that fuels our growth. This role requires a sophisticated recruiter who can seamlessly shift between hunting for senior level talent, sourcing high impact individual contributors, and staffing go-to-market and operational functions, all while managing internal stakeholder expectations. Key Responsibilities Executive Search Lead end-to-end executive recruiting for senior levels roles, partnering directly with other senior leaders. Design and execute customized search strategies, including market mapping, competitive intelligence, and confidential outreach for sensitive or successor-planning searches Build and maintain a curated pipeline of executive-caliber talent across all functions through proactive relationship development Evaluate senior level candidates with a high degree of discretion and business acumen Product Recruiting Partner with Technical, Product and Go To Market teams to hire across all levels Source passive technical talent through various direct sourcing techniques Stay current on technology trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscape in key disciplines and industry related to our space Corporate Function Recruiting Own hiring across for Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, and G&A functions at mid-senior to director and VP levels Build strong partnerships with functional leaders to understand business context, team dynamics, and role requirements that go beyond job descriptions Develop function-specific talent pipelines and passive candidate engagement strategies Advise hiring managers on market realities, candidate availability, compensation positioning, and interview best practices Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff Strategic & Operational Excellence Track and report on recruiting metrics including pipeline health, source-of-hire, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates. powered by
