This is a 1-year temp assignment (could extend) working onsite in Ogden, UT (1st shift: ~7:00 AM-4:30 PM, Mon-Fri). You will impact time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, success factors, and hiring timelines; revise and standardize job descriptions Post and manage job openings across internal and external boards and social channels Proactively source candidates via Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video screens; present qualified candidates with summaries and recommendations Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle, manage expectations, schedule interviews, and provide feedback Coordinate interview logistics, prepare interviewers, distribute evaluation forms, and collect feedback Facilitate interview debriefs and hiring decision processes; support offer development and manage acceptance/decline communications Maintain accurate
