The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while adhering to employment labor laws and fostering positive employee relations.
Hours:
Full Time 8:30am-5pm
M-F Pay:
$16/hr-$18/hr
Location:
Provo, UT Responsibilities Conduct talent acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. Utilize platforms such as Workday and Taleo for managing candidate applications and tracking progress through the recruitment process. Engage in lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics. Foster positive employee relations by maintaining open lines of communication with candidates throughout their journey. Experience Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a bilingual setting. Strong understanding of employee relations and employment labor law principles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and another language. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. Experience with contract negotiations is a plus but not required.
