About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our team and play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, owning full-cycle recruiting while helping elevate hiring practices, candidate experience, and talent strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a consultative mindset, and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality hires across a variety of roles. What You'll Do Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, from intake through offer and onboarding Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies Proactively source and build diverse talent pipelines using creative and data-driven approaches Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process Drive calibration discussions , influence hiring decisions, and ensure high hiring standards Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes (time-to-fill, quality of hire, funnel conversion, etc.) Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, compensation, and competitive intelligence Champion and implement best practices in interviewing, diversity hiring, and employer branding Support and/or lead recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and recruiting projects Mentor junior recruiters or coordinators as needed Requirements 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or combination) Proven success hiring for mid- to senior-level roles, ideally across multiple functions Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels Demonstrated strength in sourcing passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to guide decisions Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving environment Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices
