WHAT YOU WILL DO

This job is fast paced. You will run Zoom interviews and use your D2D knowledge to find the right people. Hold 6 to 10 Zoom interviews each day Check for grit, communication skills, and D2D readiness Ask simple questions that reveal mindset and coachability Keep clean notes and statuses inside of our ATS Give clear next steps to keep candidates moving Work closely with CSAs and CSMs to support client needs Talk with candidates through phone, SMS, and email Your D2D background helps you make strong recommendations with confidence.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

First Year Recruiters:

$40,000 to $50,000 W2 Salary with performance bonuses $60,000 to $80,000 OTE Top performers often go beyond these ranges. Effort drives results.
