You will ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience while meeting hiring goals within defined timelines. Attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms and other sourcing methods. Key Performance Indicators Time to offer - 40 days or less. Time to Hire - 21 days or less Post job requisitions within 3 hours of approval. New hire drop out is below 5.00% YTD 90% of new hires remain with the company past their first 90 days. Candidates spend less than 2 days as a new applicant, Less than 5 days in screening, and less than 10 days in interviewing. Performance Reports Daily reporting on resumes reviewed Weekly reporting on phone screens completed Weekly reporting on candidates added to the bench Monthly reporting on project updates Upon achieving these key performance indicators, your supervisor will meet with you to review progress and collaborate on establishing new performance goals that reflect continued growth and excellence. Core Responsibilities Sourcing & Screening Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates fit for roles. Develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications. Interview Coordination Contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews. Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure candidates are prepared. Ensure the time from qualification to the first interview is no more than 48 hours. Collect feedback from interviewers and provide timely updates to candidates. Candidate Experience Provide an exceptional experience to candidates by maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the hiring process. Address candidate inquiries promptly and professionally. Extends offers and negotiates compensation. Initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Compliance & Reporting Ensure recruiting activities comply with state, federal, and organizational guidelines. Track and report recruiting metrics, ensuring 100% of required reports are submitted on time. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work with the Recruiting Manager and department heads to understand staffing needs and priorities. Contribute to refining recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. May facilitate orientation for new employees and perform exit interviews for employees leaving the organization. Other Adheres to all company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned The Skills and Expertise You Have Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the behavioral health or healthcare sector. Proven success in meeting recruiting metrics and delivering quality hires. Technology Proficiency in applicant tracking systems Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. Organizational Skills Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
