  • 5:00pm in our office in Alexandria VA. this role is required to spend at least 1 day pr week in or Sterling VA office as well. What You'll Do You'll be the heartbeat of our recruitment engine, driving growth and connection across the community: Lead the charge on recruitment strategy

  • maintain personnel files, oversee screenings, and ensure we're always audit-ready. Stay agile
  • jump in to support on-call needs, resolve challenges quickly, and keep operations running smoothly. What We're Looking For A relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with people. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office savvy). High school diploma or GED (bonus points for healthcare or customer service experience). Sharp communication skills
