As a Junior Recruiter, you'll learn the recruiting industry hands-on while helping candidates find work and supporting companies with their hiring needs. What You'll Do As a Junior Recruiter, you'll be trained to: Source and recruit candidates for skilled trades positions Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews Build relationships with employees and clients Post and manage job ads across recruiting platforms Help match candidates with the right job opportunities Follow up with employees throughout the hiring process Learn recruiting strategies, office processes, and staffing operations Support branch goals and team hiring efforts What We're Looking For Positive Attitude We want someone motivated, dependable, and ready to learn.
