We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Recruiter to support a diverse and fast-paced hiring portfolio in Ashburn, Virginia. This Long-term Contract position will manage recruitment activities from market outreach through final offer, with a strong emphasis on creative talent identification and disciplined process execution. The ideal candidate brings proven success in full-cycle corporate recruiting, strong screening and interviewing skills, and the ability to build reliable candidate pipelines across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts, managing each search from initial sourcing strategy through offer completion.
• Develop talent pipelines by identifying and engaging both active and passive candidates through a wide range of sourcing channels.
• Conduct introductory candidate assessments to evaluate experience, qualifications, and overall fit for open roles.
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand position needs, align on search priorities, and maintain momentum across active requisitions.
• Drive multiple searches at once within a high-volume, rapidly changing environment while keeping hiring activities organized and on schedule.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate records, and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system.
• Apply structured sourcing methods to improve candidate quality, search efficiency, and overall hiring outcomes.
• Support the offer stage by coordinating final steps, communicating with candidates, and helping bring searches to a successful close.
