Responsibilities:

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for various positions within the organization. Building a continuous pipeline for key positions within operations and sales as well as supporting other departments with their employment requirements. Maintain a database of candidates. Coordinate interviews, manage applicant tracking, and support the onboarding process. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers are key. Experience in the energy sector is a plus but not required.
