Gather initial requirements for new openings from hiring managers Review job descriptions for consistency with requirements and work with managers to update as needed Source applicants by posting openings as appropriate to various job boards, websites, education partners, etc. Screen applicants and make recommendations to hiring managers regarding qualified candidates Schedule interviews and collect corresponding paperwork Conduct background checks and collect necessary paperwork for all potential new hires Submit completed folder to the HR Team for the next phase of onboarding

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience in HR required 3 years of experience recruiting required 1 year of experience working healthcare organization required 1 years of experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems; UKG Ready experience preferred 1 year of experience conducting reference and background checks Excellent oral and written communication skills required Proficiency in MS Office Suite required Excellent organizational and time management skills required Proficiency in MS Office Suite required Professional certificate in Human Resources field (PHR) preferred.
