Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Geospatial Recruiter to support a growing team focused on building operations from the ground up. This individual will be embedded directly with the business unit, partnering closely with leadership to identify and attract top talent across geospatial and specialized IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a dedicated recruiter for a high-growth team with plans to hire up to 50 employees this year Identify, source, and engage talent with geospatial and specialized IT backgrounds Act as a strategic talent partner, helping shape roles around candidate strengths rather than strictly defined requisitions Proactively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and other channels Support hiring for roles that may require security clearance or previous work in cleared environments Build pipelines of candidates with startup experience and a strong understanding of emerging technologies Collaborate closely with the business unit and market sector leadership to align hiring needs
Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for geospatial, IT, or technical roles preferred Strong understanding of startup environments and technology-driven organizations Experience working in or recruiting for cleared/government environments is a plus Ability to identify high-potential talent and act as a "headhunter" for critical roles Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and being on-site as needed Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
