AmeriStaff Employment and Staffing Solutions is seeking a team player who has an interest in joining our team as a Staffing Consultant. The ideal candidate will perform staffing duties, administrative functions, drug testing, and be eager to learn the staffing business. Staffing Consultant:
Recruit, screen, and identify qualified applicants for employment opportunities. Schedule and conduct orientations and interviews with applicants. Receive and enter job information from clients. This includes client communication to understand the needs, interviewing candidates, and conducting pre-employment screening to make selections in finding the best individual for a specific position. Coordinate and complete onboarding for applicants. This includes completing a pre-employment drug test, criminal background reports, and new hire paperwork. Perform urine drug test collections, breath alcohol testing, and fingerprints. Communicate with clients, applicants, and employees via phone, text, and emails. Requirements for the
Staffing Consultant:
High school diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of office experience required. Knowledge of general human resource topics (recruiting, application process, interviewing, hiring). Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the public. Attend community events on occasion after business hours. Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills in a professional office environment. Possess strong verbal, written, problem solving, and social skills. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Organized, self-motivated, goal oriented, creative thinker, and problem solver. Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday, 8 am until 4 pm, must be flexible to work OT hours as needed.

Pay:
