Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market Candidates for Senior HR Recruiter must meet the following requirements to be considered: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification At least 2 years of experience as a full life cycle recruiter At least 3 years of experience as a full lifecycle recruiter Proficiency in recruiting systems 1+ year experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment What's in this Senior HR Recruiter position for you? •
