Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and cleared positions supporting government programs Source, screen, and engage candidates for skilled trades, facilities, and engineering roles Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using recruiting tools, job boards, and professional networks Coordinate interviews, support offer discussions, and maintain accurate recruiting records in the

ATS Qualifications:

At least 2 years of recruiting experience Experience working with technical recruiting or high-volume recruiting processes Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers Proven adaptability, professionalism, and coachability in a fast-changing recruiting environment Experience using an applicant tracking system

Desired Skills:
