M9 Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate team in Tysons, VA. Responsibilities Identify qualified professional technical candidates using the M9 database, job boards, social media, your network, and other resources. Work as a team with other recruiters to support Sales teams. Provide complete and accurate information to candidates about M9 and opportunities. Originate leads for M9 Sales teams. Negotiate salaries and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates and present offers (full lifecycle recruitment). Provide assistance to candidates throughout the onboarding process. Maintain regular communication with the employees that you have hired. Maintain activity level expectations using defined metrics and measurement systems. Communicate clearly and effectively with others to create a positive and productive environment. Required Skills and Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Federal IT technical staffing recruiting. Experience recruiting for full-time hires in one or more of the following areas: ERP/BI, Web Services, Cloud, Cyber, Mission IT. Experience recruiting technical candidates for both W2 hourly and salaried positions. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service, and phone etiquette. Experience using Applicant Tracking Software systems such as Greenhouse. A high degree of self-motivation and a sense of urgency to achieve objectives and exceed expectations.
