In this role, you'll be responsible for recruiting top talent, developing client relationships, and helping businesses find the right employees to achieve their goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, recruiting, networking, and making a meaningful impact on both candidates and employers. What You'll Do Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Source, recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities Conduct candidate screenings, reference checks, and skills assessments Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent across various industries Match candidates with opportunities that align with their skills, experience, and career goals Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process Client Development & Relationship Management Build relationships with new and existing clients through phone outreach, networking, and business development activities Understand client hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews Conduct client visits and maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction Identify opportunities to expand existing client partnerships Account Management & Administrative Functions Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system Track recruiting, sales, and activity metrics Prepare employment-related documentation and onboarding materials Collaborate with team members to meet branch and company goals Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdf The pay transparency policy is available here: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdf For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
