Job Description

CTG is hiring a Maintenance Specialist I. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong scheduling, coordination, and administrative support experience in a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize workforce scheduling using eSOMs, including overtime, rotations, and training coordination Ensure compliance with fatigue management requirements and applicable labor agreements Analyze workforce data and generate reports to support scheduling, payroll audits, and operational decisions Coordinate travel, training, medicals, and certifications for maintenance personnel Maintain workforce calendars, overtime lists, and staffing plans (man-loading) Provide administrative and technical support to Maintenance leadership Support outage activities, including scheduling, onboarding/offboarding, and time tracking Handle documentation, reporting, and records management for maintenance operations
Top Skills:
Workforce scheduling and coordination in a complex environment Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities Knowledge of labor agreements and compliance-driven processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree + 4 years of experience; OR Associate's degree + 7 years of experience; OR High school diploma/GED + 7 years of relevant experience Background in administrative or technical support within a highly regulated or industrial setting preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
