Job Title:

Recruiter 2 Job Description This Recruiter 2 role is part of an experimental, agile recruiting project that focuses on rapidly identifying and engaging talent across multiple job families. You will operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, concentrating primarily on sourcing and top-of-funnel activities rather than full life-cycle recruiting. The position offers the opportunity to work with advanced internal AI tools for recruiters, collaborate closely with peers, and contribute to high-impact hiring across diverse technical and non-technical roles. Responsibilities

+ Source and attract candidates for a wide range of roles, including non-technical positions, hardware roles, data engineers, software development engineers, and other job families as needed.

+ Focus on top-of-the-funnel recruiting activities, including proactive candidate outreach and engagement.

+ Conduct phone screens to assess candidate fit and readiness for next steps in the hiring process.

+ Coordinate and set up assessments and business phone screens for candidates.

+ Prepare candidates for interviews and assessments, ensuring they understand the process and expectations.

+ Generate and maintain accurate recruiting reports and metrics to track progress against weekly and monthly targets.

+ Collaborate regularly with recruiting peers to share insights, align on priorities, and support team goals.

+ Interact with recruiting management from the teams you support to understand hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies.

+ Deliver a high volume of qualified candidates within tight timelines, pivoting quickly between different role types and priorities.

+ Focus on passive candidate recruiting and filling niche roles, rather than relying solely on inbound applications. Essential Skills + 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or technical recruiting.

+ Proven experience in sourcing candidates, with a strong focus on passive talent and niche roles.

+ Background in technical recruiting or talent acquisition within tech companies or large organizations such as Fortune 500 firms.

+ Experience working in either corporate or agency recruiting environments.

+ Bachelor's degree (BA).

+ Proficiency with Excel for reporting and tracking recruiting metrics.

+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage candidates and collaborate with stakeholders.

+ Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with weekly and monthly performance targets.

+ Comfort with data-oriented work, using metrics and reports to guide decisions and measure success.

+ Ability to pivot quickly between different role types, priorities, and hiring needs. Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience as a recruiter or sourcer in large tech companies or Fortune 500 organizations.

+ Agency recruiting experience, particularly in technical or corporate roles.

+ Prior experience in sourcing for corporate or technical positions.

+ Familiarity with advanced internal AI tools or recruiting technologies.

+ Former experience recruiting for this type of environment is preferred but not required. Work Environment This role is 100% onsite in the Seattle/Bellevue area. You will work in a fast-paced, data-oriented, and goal-driven recruiting environment with weekly and monthly targets. The team culture emphasizes productivity, collaboration, and continuous interaction with candidates and recruiting peers. You will use advanced internal AI tools specifically designed for recruiters, along with standard productivity tools such as Excel. The position includes a structured ramp-up period with one week of onboarding using recruiter ramp training. You will not be required to work on holidays. The environment is described as fun and engaging, with regular collaboration with recruiting peers and management from the teams you support. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
