Job Description
About the Role We're looking for a highly motivated Technical Sourcing Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring for infrastructure and technical positions. This role is heavily focused on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent while meeting aggressive recruiting goals in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Source and engage technical talent through multiple channels. Conduct phone screens and assess candidate qualifications. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-volume hiring. Manage candidate submissions and recruitment data within ATS platforms. Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to identify and engage talent. Complete a structured onboarding program and begin building active pipelines within the first two weeks. Consistently meet recruiting performance metrics. Performance Expectations Achieve approximately 100 recruiting points per month . Average 4-6 hires per month . Conduct around 20 onsite interviews per month . Complete 20-25 phone screens per month . Maintain high levels of sourcing activity, candidate outreach, and pipeline generation. Required Qualifications 2-7+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years preferred). Strong experience with Boolean search and advanced search string (keystring) creation . Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI-powered sourcing tools. Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles .
