$21.00 - $22.00 per hour Job Description The recruiter oversees the entirety of the hiring process for our caregiver applicants. From initial outreach through interviewing, providing guidance and clarification of pre-hire duties and aiding in the onboarding process, the recruiter will be the representative face of the company for new employees. This role requires consistent and clear communication with our operations team as the needs of our team are an ever-evolving matter. Strong organization and time-management skills are a necessity as the role requires flexibility of priorities. This role will also assist in the recruitment of non-caregiver positions as required, as well as other duties as needed when covering for HR Coordinator. Position Requirements Ability to facilitate full-cycle recruitment process Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with both applicants and operational team Ability to handle data with confidentiality Good organizational and time management skills Consistently report to work on time prepared to perform duties of position Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, patience, and timely response to all requests Embrace the diversity of our work force and community and treat others with respect without prejudice and bias Computer literate; skilled in automated HR information systems, MS Word/Excel, and e-mail Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, and manage workload and special projects. Able to pass a criminal background check with the State of Washington and maintain clearance during tenure of employment Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices Any other duties as needed by the HR departmentSimilar remote jobs
