About The Role; As a Recruiter, you will own full-cycle hiring across multiple functions, driving the strategy and execution needed to attract and secure top talent. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines, deliver a seamless candidate experience, and fill roles with speed and precision while continuously improving recruiting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans using
ATS, HRIS
platforms, and outbound recruiting techniques. Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates across technical, operational, and leadership roles. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition. Drive proactive candidate outreach through cold calling, networking, social media, and referral channels. Manage and maintain accurate candidate data within systems such as Paycor, Paycom, ADP, Paychex, or Salesforce. Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support employer branding efforts to attract top talent and strengthen market presence. Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar technologies to enhance sourcing, outreach, and process efficiency. Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting workflows, pipelines, and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. 3+ years of experience in recruiting, including technical, executive, campus, or internal hiring. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and modern sourcing strategies. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. Familiarity with platforms such as Paycor, Paycom, ADP, Paychex, BambooHR, or Salesforce. Knowledge of employment and labor laws as they relate to recruiting and hiring practices. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience with outbound recruiting techniques such as cold calling and lead generation is highly preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A bias for action, strong attention to detail, and a team-first mindset. Clear verbal and written communication skills.
