Job Description

InterDent Service Corporation is a leading, multi-state dental support organization (DSO) providing centralized, non-clinical management and administrative services to affiliated dental practices. We support approximately 165 practices, 400+ dentists, and 2,000+ team members across eight states, operating under trusted regional brands including Gentle Dental. Through scalable infrastructure, disciplined operating models, and shared services, InterDent enables clinicians to stay focused on delivering exceptional patient care—while we drive consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence across a complex, multi-market platform. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and service-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to field operations by managing the full-cycle recruiting process within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You'll guide hiring managers through each step of the hiring journey—ensuring a seamless, compliant, and positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. What You'll Do Manage the ATS lifecycle from job creation through onboarding, supporting 160+ offices and ~800 hires annually Partner with hiring managers to advise on: Job posting strategies Compensation alignment Interview best practices Compliance and selection processes Coordinate and manage: Offer letters Background checks Onboarding workflows Provide responsive support and troubleshooting to candidates and hiring teams Maintain and optimize job postings to ensure visibility and timeliness Support and administer the employee referral program Stay informed on market trends to support competitive hiring strategies Represent InterDent at job fairs and college recruiting events Manage dental assisting externship programs and relationships with schools Job posting strategies Compensation alignment Interview best practices Compliance and selection processes Offer letters Background checks Onboarding workflows What You Bring Strong customer service orientation with a passion for supporting others Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with an ATS or HRIS is a plus, but not required Education & Experience Prior experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or a high-volume customer service role preferred Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or projects simultaneously Familiarity with ATS systems is helpful but not required Why Join InterDent?
