This is a part-time role - scheduled for approximately 24 hours per week. The Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers through offer and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization - this includes skilled trades, administrative and professional level recruitments Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements Source candidates through HRIS Job Posting system (Paylocity), LinkedIn, referrals, and networking Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process Counsel hiring managers through the offer process, giving guidance on compensation levels as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities Experience with HRIS recruitment modules - Paylocity preferred High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Founders 3 is an
