Position Summary The Counter Sales Representative will assist customers in the showroom with purchasing, order pick-up, and provide product knowledge. We are searching for someone with a positive attitude and strong communication.

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

Pay:

$18-$20/hr Responsibilities Provide customer service to customers with a proactive sales approach. Properly enter bids, quotes, and orders for customers, managers, and outside sales personnel. Take telephone sales and provide information services for customers and outside sales personnel. Restock, clean, and organize shelves in the showroom. Support the warehouse with fulfillment when needed. Properly pull orders for customers. Follow the proper opening and closing procedures. Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift. Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required. Qualifications Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent degree. 1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment. Other Qualifications Able to perform basic math skills and reading comprehension. Experience in the flooring industry is a plus. Must be able to regularly lift up to 75 lbs. Able to work with computers for a long period of time. Be able to pass a background check and drug test for pre-employment screening. Legally permitted to work in the United States.
