Job Description

Job Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in supporting high-volume hiring, primarily for manufacturing and industrial roles. This position is responsible for managing a large pipeline of candidates, coordinating the recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Review and assess high volumes of incoming applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate experience, availability, and overall fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with urgency and strong attention to timelines Maintain consistent, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist with offer generation, processing, and onboarding coordination Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to meet hiring goals and deadlines Ensure all recruiting activities are executed with high accuracy and compliance Required Qualifications Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume or hourly hiring environments Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial roles (strongly preferred) Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of data Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Opportunity to support impactful, high-volume hiring initiatives Fast-paced environment with measurable results and clear goals Exposure to manufacturing operations and workforce strategy Collaborative culture with strong partnership between TA, HR, and operations Opportunity to enhance recruiting process efficiency and candidate experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Brookfield, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
