Bilingual Recruiter Job Description Recruit and hire candidates for a variety of manufacturing and administrative roles, conducting interviews and candidate communications in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities Source applicants through job boards, community partnerships, referrals, and outreach efforts. Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with supervisors to understand staffing needs. Manage the full hiring process from application to offer, ensuring timely follow-up. Support new hires through onboarding steps, paperwork, and orientation coordination. Maintain accurate applicant tracking and documentation in compliance with company policies. Assist with translating HR documents, communications, and training materials as needed. Provide a positive, professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process. Contribute to workforce development initiatives and help strengthen the talent pipeline. Essential Skills 2+ years of recruiting experience. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years of recruiting, HR, or related experience; manufacturing or high-volume hiring experience preferred. Manufacturing experience is a plus. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for recruiting. Work Environment This is a contract-to-hire position with a long-term opportunity and room to grow as the company itself is rapidly growing. The role requires local travel for recruiting and involves working in a fast-paced environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Evansville, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
