2+ years successful recruitment or talent acquisition experience highly preferred.
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or equivalent experience. Commitment to quality oues and services for all individuals.
Ability to relate well to all individuals. Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
Ability to adapt to change.
Excellent verbal and writtenmunication and human relations skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
