Day to day tasks will be: Answering phones and greeting walk in traffic when they come in inquiring about open jobs Calling, texting and emailing to prescreen candidates that are interested in working through Using our extensive database, assist our recruiters to keep pipelines up to date with the best possible candidates Setting up interview appointments and sending out reminder notices Assisting with performing reference checks, background checks and drug testing Following up with the folks that are working with us to see how their assignments are going Computer work, typing, data entry, filing Sound like something you would be interested in? We are looking for someone with HIGH energy who can work in a predominately fast paced environment and is good at multi-tasking. We need someone that is self-disciplined and motivated who likes to be kept busy. This is a proactive job - not reactive. Must have prior professional office experience - prefer someone that has customer service, human resources or marketing experience. Must have above average computer skills, excellent communication skills and a strong work history. Pre-employment drug screening required.
