Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're a growing Phoenix-based real estate investment and lending operation, and wholesale acquisitions is our #1 profit engine. We're looking for an experienced Acquisitions Manager who can do two things exceptionally well: close deals personally and build and lead a team that closes. This is a player-coach role. You'll still get on the phone and lock up contracts, but your real value is recruiting, training, and managing a team of acquisition reps to consistently hit number. If you've run an acquisitions floor before and loved it, this is your seat.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Personally negotiate and lock up off-market wholesale deals with motivated sellers
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train acquisition sales reps
  • Build and enforce the sales process: scripts, KPIs, CRM discipline, follow-up cadence
  • Run daily standups, call reviews, role-plays, and 1-on-1 coaching
  • Own the team's pipeline and conversion metrics from lead to contract
  • Own CRM discipline in GoHighLevel — pipeline hygiene, follow-up automations, and the reporting the team runs on
  • Partner with leadership on lead sources, offer strategy, and dispo handoff
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3+ years in real estate wholesale / investment acquisitions (non-negotiable)
  • A proven personal track record of locking up contracts — you can talk numbers
  • Direct experience recruiting, training, and managing acquisition reps
  • Mastery of seller psychology, objection handling, and creative offer structuring
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (or a comparable CRM) — you can build pipelines, automations, and hold a team accountable to the data
  • You're motivated by upside, not a salary — this is a commission + override seat for someone who bets on themselves
  • High integrity.
Culture fit and trustworthiness matter here as much as production.
COMPENSATION
  • 15% of the assignment fee on every deal you personally close (plus a 5% dispo bonus if you sell it)
  • 5% override on every deal your team closes — your income scales with the floor you build
  • Recoverable draw during ramp so you're supported while you build pipeline
  • Uncapped.
