Full Job Description Opportunity Overview:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and elevate our end-to-end recruitment function, with a strategic focus on meeting the talent needs of the Americas market. The ideal candidate will bring 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, deep expertise in talent acquisition best practices, and a proven track record in team management. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies, leading a high-performing team of recruiters, and fostering a strong employer brand. By collaborating closely with hiring managers, HRBPs and cross-functional stakeholders, you will align recruitment initiatives with business objectives, drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and tools, and ensure a exceptional candidate experience. Position Location:
Culver City, CA office. We follow an office policy with an expectation of five days per week working onsite. Being together in person helps us collaborate, stay connected, and build a strong team culture. What You Will Achieve Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies, with a priority on fulfilling hiring needs for the Americas market, including defining talent acquisition roadmaps, sourcing channels, and hiring timelines Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance on recruitment best practices, performance coaching, and professional development to drive team efficiency and effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and tools, including implementing data-driven recruitment metrics, optimizing applicant tracking systems and enhancing the candidate experience. Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for key roles, including job requisition approval, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, align recruitment strategies with business objectives, and provide regular updates on hiring progress. Manage recruitment budgets effectively, monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities to optimize costs without compromising on talent quality. Foster a positive employer brand, both internally and externally, through participation in industry events, employer branding campaigns, and engagement with potential candidates. Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment innovations, and competitive talent landscapes in target markets to adjust strategies proactively. What You Will Need Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field. 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and team management. Proven experience in managing recruitment processes, preferably with exposure to retail industry. Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing techniques, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and data-driven decision-making. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop a high-performing recruitment team. Excellent cross-functional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills—able to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, headquarters, other departments, and candidates at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
Pay:
$180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
