Role summary:
The Associate Director, Recruiting focuses on our Interim and Project Services practice, placing accounting and finance professionals in project-based and consulting roles. This position is specifically designed for accounting and finance professionals (CPA a plus) who are interested in pivoting their careers into recruiting. It offers the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in a more dynamic, relationship-driven environment while staying closely connected to the F&A space. You'll build relationships, evaluate talent, and play a key role in matching professionals with business-critical projects — all within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Source, identify, and interview accounting and finance professionals for project and interim opportunities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including outreach, interview prep, scheduling, and offer process Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants throughout their assignments Oversee onboarding processes, including background checks, references, and required documentation Track consultant availability, project timelines, and redeployment opportunities Partner with internal teams to align talent with client needs Contribute insights on market trends and hiring needs within finance & accounting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required Background in accounting or finance (CPA is a huge plus) or staffing/agency recruitment within F&A Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation:
Base Salary:
The base salary range is $70,000 - $90,000/year DOE. The total compensation will typically range from $95,000 to 200,000/year OTE.
Incentive Structure:
This role includes a base salary plus commission structure, both designed to reward performance with unlimited earning potential.
