Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00 Overview The Talent Acquisition Supervisor leads the recruiting function, overseeing a team of recruiters and managing full-cycle hiring processes. This role is responsible for driving recruiting strategy, ensuring compliance, and delivering a strong candidate experience while meeting hiring goals. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to ensure high performance Oversee full-cycle recruitment from job posting through onboarding Ensure positions are posted within 36 hours of approval and advise on posting strategies Manage sourcing efforts using job boards, social media, networking, and agencies Partner with hiring managers and provide guidance on recruiting processes and policies Maintain and distribute recruiting reports and ensure data accuracy Develop and maintain recruiting SOPs and training programs Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company employment regulations Monitor recruiting budget, including advertising, events, and relocation expenses Oversee relocation processes and ensure adherence to policies and budgets Analyze recruiting metrics and implement process improvements Ensure timely organizational announcements for new hires and promotions Maintain accurate headcount tracking aligned with approved budgets Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of progressive recruiting and management experience Experience leading or mentoring recruiters preferred PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proficiency with standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
