About the role The Talent Acquisition Director leads full-cycle recruiting for key senior level roles across the company. This individual will support internal hiring needs, manage candidate pipelines, and work closely with department leads to ensure a consistent and effective hiring process. The TA Director will oversee a team of 5 senior level recruiters. This position leads recruitment efforts for all businesses under the Home Organizers, Inc. group and affiliated companies. What you'll do Manages small talent acquisition team ensuring the company is able to hire high-caliber talent across all business units in an efficient, timely, and compliant manner Responsible for establishing department process and procedures, including implementation of an ATS and system updates organization wide Manage job postings, sourcing, and screening for all open roles Owns full-cycle recruiting for all open positions Track and report pipeline activity using an ATS Work closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles Support onboarding coordination with HR Assist with employer branding and candidate experience improvement Qualifications 7+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lever) Strong organizational and communication skills Hands on familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools Ability to manage 10+ open roles simultaneously Benefits / Perks We believe in recognizing and rewarding our employees for a job well done.
