Global Recruitment Strategy & Capital Market Synergy Talent Strategy & Recruitment:
Develop a global recruitment resource network based on the company's talent strategy, focusing on attracting, identifying, and retaining key and executive-level talent. Optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and talent quality, with the capability to acquire international talent.
Organization & Succession Planning:
Establish a scientific talent assessment system, succession planning framework, and leadership development system to build a core talent pipeline. Support post-merger team integration to ensure organizational stability and competitiveness. II. Recruitment Channel Development & Delivery Build and refine domestic and professional localization recruitment channels for Europe and the U.S., including recruitment platforms and management of high-end executive search firms. Establish domestic and international talent pipelines and enhance talent database operations. Provide rapid staffing solutions aligned with the company's strategic development. Participate in designing executive equity incentive plans and collaborate with the compensation team for implementation. III. Recruitment Systems, Data & Compliance Establish a unified global recruitment dashboard, providing weekly reports on funnel conversion, cost, cycle time, and quality for positions in Europe/U.S. versus China. Lead the global deployment of an ATS system to enable cross-regional resume sharing and interview coordination. Job Requirements I. Bachelor's degree or above (full-time program), preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in Chinese as a working language. II. At least 5 years of recruitment experience in finance, investment banking, or capital markets, including a minimum of 3 years in global or multinational recruitment management. III. Capability in Building Domestic and International Teams Proven ability to build teams and deliver on critical and core roles. Cross-cultural communication skills (familiarity with workplace cultures and interview practices in China, Europe, and the U.S.). Access to recruitment channels and a strong network of executive search firms and other resources. IV. Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, capable of delivering rapid recruitment outcomes for key capital market deadlines.
