Director of Client Success About the Role TQC Team is seeking an experienced Recruiting Team Lead / Client Advocate to lead and develop a team of recruiters while managing key client relationships and delivering strong recruiting results. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to recruit, coach a team, manage performance, and build trusted relationships with clients. You will lead by example, actively participating in full-cycle recruiting while helping your team consistently meet recruiting goals and deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting, manager- and director-level recruitment, client relationship management, and team leadership and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.What You'll Do:
Lead & Develop a Recruiting Team Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters. Establish clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable for results. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions. Lead onboarding and training for new team members. Monitor individual and team performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain timely documentation of coaching sessions, reviews, and action items. Participate in team lead meetings and leadership training. Foster a culture built around TQC Team's core values: Trust, Transparency, and Teamwork . Manage Client Relationships Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients and deliver a high level of service. Build strong relationships to understand each client's hiring needs, culture, and business objectives. Apply TQC Team's "Engage - Hire - Save" approach to client partnerships. Develop recruiting strategies tailored to clients' specific hiring challenges. Communicate proactively with clients regarding searches, candidates, progress, and results. Recruit & Lead by Example Personally execute full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, and presentation. Successfully recruit for positions at multiple organizational levels, with experience recruiting manager- and director-level talent required . Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels. Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, career objectives, and alignment with client needs. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruiting process. Drive Performance Track recruiting KPIs, including recruiter activity, candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, placements, and client satisfaction. Use performance data to coach recruiters and improve team results. Provide leadership with timely reports and insights regarding recruiting performance, challenges, and opportunities. Identify recruiting trends and recommend improvements to processes and strategy. Support Growth Partner with senior leadership on initiatives designed to grow and strengthen the business. Monitor market and competitive trends and identify emerging opportunities. Contribute ideas that improve recruiting effectiveness, client retention, and overall team performance.What We're Looking For Required:
1.5+ years of recruiting experience , including demonstrated success with full-cycle recruiting. Experience successfully recruiting for manager- and director-level positions. Proven experience managing client relationships. Previous leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop recruiters. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruiting best practices, and talent acquisition strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working in a performance-driven team environment. Experience with ATS/CRM systems, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office.Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent relevant professional experience will also be considered.Compensation Base salary:
$60,000-$70,000 per year , based on experience and qualifications. Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position is based in Monrovia, California , and work is primarily performed in an office environment. The role regularly involves computer and telephone/video communication and interaction with clients, candidates, and team members. The position may occasionally require lifting or moving items weighing up to 20 pounds and assisting with displays or tables for site visits or meetings.
